Return Policy

We want you to feel confident trying Naturviv. If a product doesn’t meet your needs, here’s our straightforward policy.

30-Day satisfaction guarantee
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for any reason — including “it just didn’t work for me.”

Eligibility requirements:

  • Products must be less than 50% used (we understand you need to try it). For capsules, at least half the bottle must remain.
  • Return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery date (shown on tracking).
  • The following cannot be returned: perishable items (if any), products purchased from third-party retailers, or clearance items marked “final sale.”

How to start a return:

  1. Contact us via our return form (on website) or email with your order number and reason for return.
  2. You will receive a return authorization (RA) number within 2 business days. Write this number on the outside of your package.
  3. Ship the product to the address provided in our return instructions (customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect).
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Refund amounts:

  • Full product refund (excluding original shipping fees).
  • If you received free shipping, we will deduct the actual outbound shipping cost from your refund.
  • Refunds for subscription orders are prorated — you will be refunded for unused bottles only.

Defective or wrong item:
If we sent you the wrong product or a damaged bottle, contact us immediately. We will send a replacement at no cost and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.
