30-Day satisfaction guarantee
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for any reason — including “it just didn’t work for me.”
Eligibility requirements:
- Products must be less than 50% used (we understand you need to try it). For capsules, at least half the bottle must remain.
- Return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery date (shown on tracking).
- The following cannot be returned: perishable items (if any), products purchased from third-party retailers, or clearance items marked “final sale.”
How to start a return:
- Contact us via our return form (on website) or email with your order number and reason for return.
- You will receive a return authorization (RA) number within 2 business days. Write this number on the outside of your package.
- Ship the product to the address provided in our return instructions (customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect).
- Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Refund amounts:
- Full product refund (excluding original shipping fees).
- If you received free shipping, we will deduct the actual outbound shipping cost from your refund.
- Refunds for subscription orders are prorated — you will be refunded for unused bottles only.
Defective or wrong item:
If we sent you the wrong product or a damaged bottle, contact us immediately. We will send a replacement at no cost and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.
